Job Description

SharePoint Architecture and Support
* Architect, Administer and support SharePoint (Online).
* Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions.
* Implement governance policies, security controls, site permissions and best practices.
* Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint related issues and performance bottlenecks.
* Manage site provisioning, migrations, and upgrades.
* Develop custom SharePoint solutions.
* Integrate Microsoft 365 services (Teams) and third-party API.
* Build enterprise-level intranet and collaboration solutions on SharePoint Online using out-of-the-box features and custom code through the SharePoint Framework.
* Strong understanding of SharePoint Online architecture, features, and functionality, including security and compliance best practices.
* Develop and support chatbots and AI capabilities (agentic etc.) within SharePoint environments.

Data Migration & Modernization
* Lead data migration initiatives from other file sharing systems (e.g., Egnyte, Box etc) to SharePoint Online, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.

Process Documentation & Improvement
* Create and maintain detailed documentation for SharePoint configurations, workflows, and procedures.
* Document business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using SharePoint workflows.
* Train end-users and provide support for SharePoint sites, file/folder structure and permissions
* Improve the overall business process and operational level functioning using SharePoint expertise
